Sounds, colors, placements, and wording—everything around us influences our purchasing behavior, and I’m all in for decoding it. With over 7 years of experience in retail and working with various brands, I'm now looking to start my own venture, hoping to bring this experience into play.     Global CRM & Retention Manager (Feb 2023 - Present)

    At Dockers, I currently lead the charge as the Global CRM & Retention Manager. My role is all about making our customers feel valued and connected. I oversee our CRM program, which drives nearly half of our eCommerce revenue each month. One of my proudest achievements is developing and launching the Dockers Crew loyalty program. It's incredible to see it contribute up to 40% of our online sales. I work closely with different teams to ensure our customer communications are personalized and engaging throughout their entire journey with us.

    Email Marketing Lead (Jan 2021 - Feb 2023)

    Before stepping into my current role, I was the Email Marketing Lead at Dockers. I handled everything email-related, from acquisition campaigns to transactional and AI-driven personalized emails. I played a key role in launching the Dockers Crew Membership program, which took our email strategy to the next level. Working with various vendors and internal teams, I ensured our email campaigns were not only beautifully executed but also delivered impressive results.

    My time at Timbuk2 was all about creativity and connection. As the Social Media & CRM Marketing Coordinator, I crafted engaging social media content and online promotions to enhance our brand presence. I managed email marketing campaigns, developing targeted strategies to reach our audience effectively. One of the highlights was overseeing our Nano-Influencer and Ambassador program, which helped amplify our brand through authentic voices.

    Joining Amazon was an exciting adventure! As a Marketing Associate for the Treasure Truck project, I helped bring this unique marketing venture to life. I worked on developing product themes, visual merchandising, and creating digital marketing assets. A fun part of the job was curating quarterly playlists for the Treasure Trucks across the U.S., blending my love for music with my marketing skills.
